Re: Freeride Binding Maintenance

Possibly. I’ve ridden the same pair for six years and haven’t done a thing! I would advise you, if you have not, to look up the tension chart. If you have the springs too tight, which I sort of like to do, they won’t release well.

Re: KICK Waxing Scales! It works!

The trouble you can get into is if temps drop you will have a hard time removing the wax from the scales in the field and you may have zero glide. By all means do it if it's the only option but next time try kick waxing the tips and tails first to see if that works before getting wax on the scales....

As far as I knew the Freeride is the only one with a mounting plate. Oops, I meant Free rides ... ;)[...

Re: 22designs Lynx TTS/NTN

When did the Freedoms add this? As far as I knew the Freeride is the only one with a mounting plate. To answer a couple questions I read in the posts that went unanswered. When Jonny is talking about moveable mount position plates on the Freedoms and Freerides, he is talking about the plate that get...

Re: 22designs Lynx TTS/NTN

But hey, I'm a freak... If Rottefella can come out with movable NNN bindings at only 149g each, I see no reason why it couldn't be done on NTN... Ok ok, never that light... But the ability to move the binding a few centime...
