Re: The Finest Nordic Norm (NN) 75mm Backcountry Boots

Canna, for what is it worth, here is the Andrew sizing chart I found: http://www.telemarktalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2155&p=24446#p24446 does this correspond to your experience? Any hints on sizing, particularly using MP? Hi bgregoire, I posted a comment about Andrew sizing on that thread...

Re: Nordic Backcountry Telemark Ski Boot Size Conversion Charts Depository

Warning about Andrew sizing: I had an old pair of Andrew Rifugios in size 43, which is the size I use in most shoes, and they were so small I had to sell them. My big toe was touching the front end of the shoe all the time. It was especially painful when walking, but skiing was not that pleasant eit...

Re: The Åsnes Thread (News for 2018-2019!)

I really look forward to your reviews. Me too! Especially the reviews of the Ingstad and the Falketind! Maybe you could compare them to each other, and also to your Storetind? Of course the Ingstad should be the best XC ski and the Storetind the best DH ski, but how pronounced are the differences? ...

Re: Keeping dog paws ice/snow free

I have the same problem with my golden retriever. I have tried some wax with no success, there were still snowballs forming between the toes. I have also tried some fleece boots, but they didn't stay on and we lost them on the snow. Also the "shaft" of the boot was not tall enough, they co...

Re: Faber S-Line

Judging by the video, I don't see any reasons to go for these instead of Hoks (or equivalent OACs etc.).

I think the sidecut measurements on the Rabb 68 are incorrect?

They seem to have corrected those on the Norwegian site, but not on the English site.

Re: Voile 3-Pin Hardwire Binding

Is this binding “better” than the old 3-pin-cable binding and worth the extra dough? This is something I would really like to know! Please update the review if you come to a some conclusion during the winter. I think one of the major flaws of the 3 Pin Cable is that the cable can't be stowed behind...

Re: Alico Nordic March sizing

I typically wear EU 43, but I was afraid that the Italian sizing runs small (having had size 43 Andrew Rifugios that were painfully too short for my feet), so I bought my Alico Ski Marches in size UK10. Yes, they are quite long, and otherwise voluminous, but the toebox is quite narrow. I found out t...

Well, seems like it depends on the brand:
