Re: Best ski/binding setup for mixed terrain

Hi Tom I have been looking at your videos really nice and informtive. Like them a lot! Yes its hard to get "everything" in a ski, both xc and downhill perfomance, soft deep snow or hard packed ice conditions. My plan was to use my Crispi Svartisen 75mm with Voiles Traverse 3-Pin and mybe get a T4 or...

Re: Best ski/binding setup for mixed terrain

I was in the same situation as you. I used Fischer Excursion 88 189cm with Crispi Svartisen BC. Wanted better downhill control. I changed to 75mm Riva 3 bindings with a Svartisen 75mm. For me it was a step up. Better control downhill. But of course.. It could be better(not just my skiing ;) ) so I l...

Re: Åsnes NOSI 76 Ski Review

E-mailed too a reseller in Norway about the Nosi. He told the Nosi going to comeback in a new constractions. But couldnt say any other details about it.

So at least they have not totally dropped the plan of Nosi 76..

Re: The Åsnes Thread (News for 2020-2021!)

Asnes SHERPA 86 ooooh soo nice!!! Off season I could hang it on the wall in the livlig room.

Still remeber the feeling when I was a kid and opening my first Tintin album. "Tintin i Tibet"
The best one, so good!

Re: Own Excursion 88. But need more flotation..

Thanks for all the help and input!!! I was looking yesterday at the Rabb 68 on a norweigen site. Was sooo close to order one but they had it only in 170 and 180cm. That(180) maybe work with my 181 cm. But I was a little skeptical about my 94kg. And they had only Voile 3-pin cable not the Traverse. A...

Aaaah the sounds at least very nice... That I dont find out is about how is it working with my body weigh /ski ...

Re: Own Excursion 88. But need more flotation..

Good morning! Thanks so much for the replies😊 Usually we got a good amout of snow. Not crazy deep every year. I prefer that the are downhill friendly. Becuse pretty tight woods and my little lack of confidence in the downhills. But Im working on my downhill skills  So a shorter ski feel more us...
