Re: A new 7TM?

Hey, LJ, how come there're the best? Can you share some thoughts about it?

They say «improved activity»... But when I look closely, the pivot bar seems to be the same—same place. The only thing that changed is the spring... from what I've read...

A new 7TM?

I've seen a new kind of 7TM binding in Telemark-pyrenee catalog: the 7tm STI Power XR... Supposed to be stiffer... Does someone knows or read more info about them? Pretty hard to find...

Re: All purpose backcountry/bushwack ski

T3 and T4 are different... The T3 is stiffer in forward flex than T4. I tried both... The T3 is really similar to the old T2, with 2 buckles instead of 3... For me, the T4 is a better fit. The «block» feeling will go away after a while... You will get the same feeling from some of the leather boots ...

Re: Two different types of short radius turn

Like connroy said... I have a pair of leather Merrel Fuzion that are stiffer than my Excursion! I tried both on skinny skis (Glittertind) this week at the resort. I had to adapt to the free flexing feeling of the Ex at first... Then it was alright. I could easily feel BOF pressure. Teleman, Cesare i...

Re: Two different types of short radius turn

Yes LJ, I was amazed that Ron posted such a vid, since he was debating about form. Strictly speaking, his turns are static, in the backseat, etc... But I don't care. He can ski on his head if he likes it...
