Hey, this is a question for CIMA and LoveJohnny and anybody else that uses skinny skis... I sometimes use my Glittertind at the resort... 2 solutions: epoxy and/or inserts... Unless you weight 600 pounds...lowangle al wrote: I'm just reluctant to put a binding with a 3 hole pattern on an expensive ski and risk ripping it out. Maybe this new binding with the riser is a four hole pattern.

That's terrible news! I hope it's not true... First they change their bindings to not work with thin bill xc shoes... now they threaten to stop making pins! What is this world coming to?!? Nah! Quite the contrary actually... They redesigned a tried and true binding. In my book, it is good for XCD.....

That's exactly what I meant, Marius... But you will see that around here; sellers that need to find a new opening, a new market... by selling 100 mm waist «all around» skis. Hilarious indeed!

Glittertind on the groomed... Some say it ain't skiable... No way Jose! Will mount mine with risers because I tend to skid when the 3 pin binding sides hit the slope...
