Re: Solved knee and back pain
It's excellent to hear you've found something that works for your back and knees! I also struggle with knee pain, and a mix of stretching and strengthening exercises helps. For my knees, doing leg lifts and wall sits regularly has made a noticeable difference. I also incorporate some yoga twice wee...

Re: Solved knee and back pain
Have you managed to solve the problem If you are referring to me, yes, the knee and back pain are gone. I took a huge crash this season in a high speed tele carve, but I'm doing shoulder (rotator cuff) exercises and those have also resolved nicely. I thought I'd need surgery, but I'm at about 90% (...

Re: Compatability Rottefella NTN freedom bindings and zero g 95 blizzards
Hi both, I’m not really a telemarker- just a wife who wants to make her hubby happy with skis : ) I was warned by a friend to ask about compatability - I guess meaning, will they actually fit? We could always adjust the screw length if there is a screw depth issue. Thanks! I don't see any reason wh...

Re: Compatability Rottefella NTN freedom bindings and zero g 95 blizzards
When you ask about compatibility, what do you mean? Are you concerned that mounting these skis with telemark (or Freedoms specifically) will void the warranty? Are you concerned that the screws are too long for the thickness of the ski? Or that the top sheet won't hold for a telemark mount? I'm sure...

Re: Pictures, pictures and pictures!
This was from last weekend at Belleayre Mountain in the Catskills. We saw a few other telemarkers anyone else skiing there? IMG_9233.png The last time I skied Belleayre was in 1969. We had some races there (alpine) when I was in H.S. So I guess you're an East Coast guy. Are you from NY? My father w...

Re: Toe bang, really want to make boots work.
Everyone is different, and most of my experience is with T2 Eco (and Garmont Syner-G) and above, in height and stiffness (mostly NTN), plus alpine boots. I usually go for 2 fingers in shell fit. I'm inclined to believe your shell is just too small.
