Yeah I had the outsoles come off on two pairs of Pi Tech. I am switching to the Pi Pro for the last 700 km of my ski through of Norway now. I'll get back in a couple of weeks.

@Lhartley I think too much wax can also make snow stick, when weather gets weird. I normally put 3-4 thin layers or less.
