I just did a little restore a pair. Took a paper bag and cut it into strips, not the full length of the skin & little wider than the skin. put the skin on the ski, glue side up, turn my iron on high. covered the skin with the paper bag and applied heat. moved slow but not too slow. https://www.youtu...

I've read a bunch and did the youtube thing. So I'm looking too. Has anyone done a re-glue?

I was thinking about trying to use roller skis with the skate trucks. My concern is the roller skis flex enough. I'm thinking skis will flex too much.

My ideal concrete ski would be something that climbs up hill and that carves down, and is all-terrain. I know I want it all.

I might have to join you in that venture.
