Re: Meidjo NTN 2.0 review/warning
More travel than the Rott NTN, but a more obvious limit point than the Outlaw.

No, I have my Outlaws set to a "Taylor Swift" factory "pop sensitive" 2. I still have feelings you know. I choke up when I drop a knee. In fact I might just start skiing in stretch pants. I'm neither a fan of Taylor or Apple, but if you haven't seen this, it's pretty "metal" [video]https://yo...

Re: TX Pro heel lift.
My wife was having problem of slop in her alpine boots and the ski tech fitted one of those to solve the problem. I generally don't like going to "pros" to fix my stuff, but yeah, maybe I should swallow my pride more often. Ha! Oddly... My older TX Pro boots had that incorporated into their "wrap" ...

Heavy metal might be good for the NTN or Hammerhead set on 5 crowd... I think Harris's Outlaws might go to 11  No, I have my Outlaws set to a "Taylor Swift" factory "pop sensitive" 2. TX Pro heel lift.
I've had my TX Pros for some years now and just dealt with my heels floating, and even resorted to using my old Garmont Gara liners, which were uncomfortable as hell, but I finally broke down and went to a boot fitter who in 5 minutes resolved the issue with some criss-cross liner pads. My boot are ...

Re: Outlaw Binding chewing topsheet
Also... I was warned by the shop that some folks are having a hard time getting the step-in cams to snap-lock over. I found this to be true when trying to bench step-in the boot. But with my boots on there has not been an issue.

Re: Outlaw Binding chewing topsheet
I love my Outlaws, but there is another Outlaw issue that probably should be home addressed. The clearance between the spring tube adjustment cap and the step in cams attach Allen bolt heads is too close and there is contact, which will probably wear through the spring cap. Mine after a day had alre...
