It finally ‘warmed’ up enough (-23C) to get some decent grip with Polar today. I swear the Green Mans grin got a little wider when we were out playing this afternoon.

Wonder if this is the ski that would be more beneficial for my singletrack insanity that I do on occasion. Some grip for going up (frequent yoyoing), a little softer for when I attempt hairpins (often involving a wipeout) and other tight turns. The Gammes started this and are great on straight stret...

I’ve noticed Varuste advertising B Grade skis- does anyone know anything about these? Is it simply cosmetic? Or something more?

Skiing is a challenge in this part of the country this year. We had -50 w/windchill this morning. The extended forecast is indicating +2 and rain in 7 days. I might have to add a pair of scaled skis to the arsenal, figuring out wax has been a P.I.T.A.

What agency are you working for/with as an instructor? Is there a website we can access?

I quite like that boot. It really drove my Green Man last year and I’m very curious as to how they’re going work with some of my other skis this year…especially interested in seeing if they’ll push my Rossi BC 120 wax ski.
