I have only been there once( Turnigan Pass) many years ago. I went to a 3 day avalanche training school. We skied in but didn't do a lot on skis when we got there. Skiing out was fun.

Thanks al, I live in Seward and will have to make a trip up there to take a look. I have been out of this for so long I am not sure what I am looking for. But I have been making up for lost time with new gear and getting out for some turing and getting in a few turns this year.

Thinking of switching the Rotefella Chili Telemark binding to the Volie Cable on my Epochs so I can have the option to remove the cables. Do any of you know if the holes will line up and would you mount them in the same place. Or would new holes have to be drilled.

Thanks for that MikeK. It's true if you flatten the skis and unweight the tips will naturally find the fall line. Looking back with the lighter boots I think I was leaning up slope too much and not driving my up hill shoulder down slope (hands to the front).

Copy on the different technique. I had to Stem/Step into a tele turn to get the down hill ski to bite with the lighter boots.
