Re: Pictures, pictures and pictures!
I'm 160 pounds, 5'10", 188cm is long enough for me.
I say pick 196 if you are skiing in open area where you have room to make big turn. Rolling terrain.
Or 188 if you plan to go down tighter or steeper lines.

[img] But maybe the FT62 is just not torsionally stuff enough, period, for harder snow that requires more robust edging. Here's an other opinion on the FT62. My xcd quiver, all mounted NNN BC: -Asnes Mtn race 48 210cm -Fischer e99 tour (wax) 200cm -Fischer Traverse 178cm (gave them to my girlfriend)...

Re: NNN BC Binding Slop
My Alaska BC are 4 years hold, I just tried what you demonstrated in your video. I have the same kind of play, but only when the boot is lifted of the binding tracks. When the tracks are lightly engaged there's no play at all.
I don't know if your boots are old? Maybe your boot soles are worn out?

Re: Falketind 62 Review
Here's a video I did today with my FT62's and Alaska bc. I was a bit all over the place, got kicked around by the hard base hidden under the 5 or 6 inches of snow we got last night. Blue wax did a great job, climbing was a breeze. https://youtu.be/I1EFNk2PQtY Almost lost an arm here at the end, pole...

Re: Falketind 62 Review
(Though you gotta test a Gamme against that E99 Tour! :P ) Probably in the near futur... especially because one of my easyskinz insert on my e99 popped out on a tour and I don't know how it happened. :( And I don't get any response from the online shop I bought them of. Maybe I'll try to contact fi...

Re: Falketind 62 Review
I bought these skis in October and believe it or not, 2 days ago was my first time with them. I wanted to make sure that the snow depth was good enough. Also met Nitram Tocrut for the first time, we did a 13 km trip from top of Mont-Tremblant to the North side base... lot of fun! Capture 2.JPG I'm 5...

You may well be right...martin2007 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 2:34 pmI get the sense that no one has asked for a tele binding install for quite a while.
You could ask a ski patrol at the resort, they probably know the best place to go, many of them are on tele.

Re: This would be a truly cool vacation...
https://skimarathon.ca/ I know this is not as « badass » as the Asnes Expédition, but as anyone ever skied at this event? The Canadian Ski Mararhon is 2 day event that takes part literally in my backyard but somehow I never participated in it. This is open to anyone and there is many categories. If...
