Annum vs Ingstad vs S112?
Re: Annum vs Ingstad vs S112?
Is there any other difference between the old annum and new one besides length and different top sheet?

RE Difference in Old Annum and Panorama M78 180???cm
OK I own and ski both. I just skied the new freshly mounted Panoramas today
1) Both The Annum 185cm and the Panorama 182cm actual measurements for length is 184cm
Same ski ! Unknown to me is core material
2) Laying both skis on the Work bench and clamping down the waist I'm able to slide a credit card
4" further back under the Panorama tip which leads me to believe it has some kind of early rise
compared to the Annum .Hence a shorter running length.
3) The Panorama has more camber then my used 3 seasons Annums . I attribute this to wear and age. with a pack
I weigh in at 230 lbs
I thought the new ski might ski downhill turns better due to less contact area but the older ski with the aged
camber has always skied well too. So its a toss up. I skied the Panorama on Blue runs both groomed and ungroomed .
I use these skis at our local downhill ski area which also has 60km of Nordic track connecting to other peaks and wooded terrain. On any given day Im all over the place. With lunch and skins in my pack.
slopes. I 'm a big fan how the Old Annums skied powder Id expect the New Panoramas to be the same. I also have a pair of 175 cm Karhu Guides that are for guest use,
Disclaimer At 75 with a bad knee my tele days are over so all skis mentioned above are mounted with Dynafit
TLTs and driven with TLT6 boots with tongues removed. Heresy I know but id expect the same results with Tele bindings

Hey Robie, are you the same guy from Europe, who used to post on Telemarktips? Great to hear from you (I was Nick D on Ttips). Sorry to hear about your knees- I have the same problem at 79, but that’s why God invented the parallel turn
