Black Diamond Push Sizing

Post by mhanraha » Mon Feb 17, 2014 10:24 am

Has anyone had to size up with these boots?

I've always fit into 27.0/27.5. But I picked up a pair of these lightly used...but man even with appropriate heel lift, a footbed, and an aftermarket intuition liner (I even doubled up on the toe caps when molding) these boots are tight lengthwise in the toes.

Is it possible to get the toebox punched on these things? Or should I go with a 28 shell?

Wow, sounds like you overhauled the boot. I assume you heat molded the liners with something around your toe (like a piece of neoprene)?

Yes. I had the same issue. My liners also packed out a bit after about ten days or so. It now fits like a glove. Pete
