Very sorry for your loss SM. I'm glad you were able to get a good ski in - I would say that almost every time tragedy visits me, my response is go hiking or skiing ASAP.

So sorry for your loss. Skiing helps with pain and grief. At least for the time you are skiing, your mind and body are totally focused on what you are doing.
