I know this was posted before, but I could never get it to load. This was incredible! This was not great skiers jumping out helicopters and ripping sick lines. This was a very young man, climbing even sicker lines and skiing them very boldly. It had interviews with Sylvain Saudan, it connected the old mountaineers with the new. The climbs had a huge pucker factor. I will never do anything like this, but it was something to see. It was a record of an adventure, not ski porn, and it was a record of accomplishment in skiing. My computer will be in sleep mode for a while, as I watch it again.
My only complaint is that it could use some more subtitles. Oh, and while I use my high school Spanish on a regular basis, and have most my adult life. I really need to learn French.

Fisheater:

Eloquent and thoughtful comment. I think it is an amazing film too. Alpinist-skiers have to have patience, discipline, solid route finding skills, knowledge of snow science and the ability to interpret weather and conditions. These guys are in a parallel universe of talent and skill! The contribution of Sylvain Saudan and others added historical context. Jeremie skis so fast!
