Those look like NTN to me (very abstract) but surely plastic boots ... not leather and pins.

Oh it's because he is flyiiiiiiing...! I forgot to mention, these are "The birds of Mammoth"... :D

It looks like an hybrid of several bindings... It actually looks like an upside-down Voile 3pin binding locked into a weird (release?) (plate?) / (useless/fake riser?)... Maybe it's THE FUTURE OF TELEMARK!!!!
