PLUS- with pins on BP- they should feel like a balanced XC ski on rolling terrain...And the tip is stiff enough it should be supportive when XC skiing...WOW!

That coincide's with what I've been trying to say in a couple of these posts lately. Sometimes, they're all the same, and the manufacturer probably has a clue as to why.
