Somewhat modified T4
Here it is: I trowed away the stock liner (non thermo) that was bad, bad, bad fitting. I did instal a morrow thermo: ahhh, comfy! Then I add a power strap and fitting from a blue/gray T2... I like it a lot...

YES! I love this!
I really like the stock foam liner, it works well for me and I use a power strap on it to make it a sweet boot. The plastic bracket in the back though, is neat! Can you take a picture from the inside? I am curious how you attached it without it coming out of the vertical slot.

I am really impressed with what my T4s are doing right out of the box, but I like what your doing. Anytime you increase the height of a boot it is going to give you more leverage and a tighter connection between your foot and the boot.

Cool mod. I've got a set of those old blue T2s and I can see just how this would work.
