Rottefella's latest evolution of adjustable NNN mounting- the "MOVE SYSTEM"

Not that I think this is necessary in a backcountry touring context- where one can simply extend kick wax forwards without obsessing a loss of optimal groomed track performance...

It WOULD be cool to be able to move the binding point forwards or backwards with the turn of a switch on a NNNBC binding!

I guess this is Rottefella's response to the Turnamic binding, nice to be able to adjust without taking the skis off. Anyone know if there will be a Turnamic BC binding? Seems odd for Fischer and Rossignol to develop their own binding but still selling their BC skis with Rottefellas...

The Move System was released last year:

My opinion is that it's an absolute must, especially for backcountry ski... 8-)

Right! For some reason I only remembered the electric version.

They are kinda of a "must have" aren't they. Especially on a waxless ski where you cannot compensate with kick-grip wax.

But- downhill the ability to move that binding would rock!
Just need to make it light enough and strong enough for BC-XCD!

I never thought it would come to this one day:
IMG_9167.JPG
I guess it really makes me a real cross-country skier now...?

Seriously, I move all the time... And if it wasn't for the few added grams (190), I would have already moved to the move system... I almost made the switch in October for my main 3 pairs of XC skis, but the manual key is not bad, for no additional weight... 9 different mounting positions in just one simple click with the magic key...

I would give *everything* for NNN-BC Move plates!

I am actually thinking about pulling my NIS plate off of my Atomic track touring skis and mounting NNN-BC on them...
I hate my Rossi NNN Classic touring boots and do not want to spend money on a new pair of NNN track boots...
