Grand Canyon North Rim

Has anyone on here skied out to theNorth Rim of the Grand Canyon? Getting a hankering to do it and would like to hear from anyone who has done it. I know the basics - how far, etc. And I`m getting an idea on timing, seems like in an average snow year I could go as late as mid to late March. But would love to hear some first hand accounts.
