Also have Asnes Ingstad, very well made. Bomber.

Have BD Alpine Carbon Corks, find they don't extend long enough for me for cross-country, only go to 130, maybe 135. Not even long enough for downhill for me at 6'1".

Also have Fisher BCX adjustable poles, like those a fair bit.

Probably the ultimate would be the Asnes adjustable poles . . .

sorry to spam this thread....but I've got a mint, never used pair of BD Traverse poles from 5 years ago I'm trying to sell or get rid of - very cheap or free - *edit these are gone

Straight poles are the new adjustables... I prefer them; I made a neoprene grip lower when I am going downhill. Perfect, no hassle poles... I've got all kinds of em. One day, my gf got hers stolen at the resort... Being a gentleman, I gave her mine and used straight ones (Swix tradition). Since then I am always using straight poles; shorter ones at the resort and Swix trad in the BC.
