Hello! New to this forum and thankful for everything I’ve learned from it thus far! I have recently noticed that the sharp carbide tips on my black diamond touring poles are significantly digging in and wearing away the plastic on my outlawX’s when I switch from ski to walk mode and back. Wondering how to prevent this, not sure if grinding, removing, or somehow covering the pole tip would work but I’m open to any suggestions.
