what a throw back. Now I have to ask: who here will admit to ever getting a ski tip stuck through one of those pole baskets? I have....I only ever had hand me downs, so likely the poles were the wrong size, as were skis

No throwback, Swix Mountain. In current production.

They make 3 types of the Mountain this year it looks like: https://www.swixsport.com/us/poles/nord ... -eae3d514/

I had four, possibly five, wolves move through a few days ago. Maybe there's more but I'd have to continue further north into the woods to see if there was more tracks and there's just not enough snow in the woods to ski, gotta stick to this bog for now.

Hours fresh wolf track

Some photos from Saturday in a 'Forever Wild' part of the Catskills. We picked a mellow angled slope under the hemlocks to lap. It was mellow, which was the desired activity level. :)

I came overdressed with Voile Vector BC skis w/ Switchback X2 bindings. My pal came appropriately attired in Fischer S-Bound 112 skis with good ol' 3-pins.

Here is our Christmas XC video. All the scenes were shot this month (Dec 2020) in Northwest Wyoming. We are all looking forward to 2021. Another member of this forum makes a cameo appearance at 1:55 in the Video. Enjoy.

Tom, real Christmas videos have girls in scanty Santa outifts, but that snow and vistas still looked nice. Let's do a ski in early Jan!
