That looks like a beast to run. Definitely not my idea of a day at the beach!

Well aware, can't justify to my wife a 3rd pair of skis this year though haha (storage / space limitations, I know those surplus skis are very affordable)fisheater wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 7:53 pmYou know those skis are a dead ringer for the USGI current sold by Coleman’s Surplussparker1987 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 2:59 pmMy grandfather in 1944 with the 10th Mountain, I posted an article about him in the Off Topic forum

Re: Pictures, pictures and pictures!
I simply wanted to share some pictures of my first turns of the season. Well, not really the first but the first on a ‘real « hill ». Not the biggest hill but about 45 minutes tour from my home... so can’t really complain! I don’t remember skiing so much so early in November. But you can see on one of the picture that there is not that much snow over the grass!!!

Beauty! Glad you've been able to get some skiing in so early in the season!
Rain last night in northeast Alberta. Killed the 3 cm of snow that we did have. Bummer.
