XCSkiForum registration is broken (for awhile?)

XCSkiForum registration is broken (for awhile?)

Does anyone have a good mod contact over at XCSkiForums? I've tried to register periodically for over a year now, and the new user registration system appears to be broken ("Unfortunately we can not process your request now due to problems with an external party. You can try again later."). I've also attempted to contact someone via the Contact Us widget, to no avail. It seems like a great resource and forum for in-track/skate skiers, but it appears to be suffering from a lack of participation... and participants.
