these skis are unusual - not what I thought they would be. Not sure I'm going to mount them up. They seem very soft flexing and not much camber - less than E99's.

Yeah- I have only tried these skis a couple of times- but I also observed that they were softer than the E-99- and MUCH softer than the E-89.

the feather-light weight is definitely nice, but I've never seen a cross-country ski this much like a wet noodle, I doubt it will have much spring or enery to it. Probably goes over uneven surfaces smoothly though.

I have the Breidablikks and I'm thinking this ski may not be much faster. The edgeless E89-type ski seems to have gone extinct.

Reading over other peoples' comments makes me want to try them. 210cm skis this light....on a cold wax day it would be fun.

Does anybody have information on the older kids versions of the BC Country Crown?
Found some NOS for symbolic price:
120 and 140cm.
Which skier weights are they intended for?
Any idea what model year these could be?
:?:
Thanks!

Between 2010-2012 with that graphic, give or take a year. I can't remember exactly, have the adult pair with the more blue graphic, came in white/grey after, good budget ski, still love mine despite them not being "the best"

Perfect for the kiddos, can't tell you specifically about the weights, match to kid height would be a good way to shoot from the hip on this one. Someone else here will know more to kids sizing

Got these for 100 NOK (roughly 10€) per pair  + sending
Probably I'll put 2nd hand Rottefella Start NNN bindings on these.

OT:
Got a bunch of other kids XC skis from 110 to 160cm, some wax-version & some fishscales, all for 100 NOK per pair, the lot sent to a friend in Oslo whom I will visit by car later.
Got some used XC skis for around the same price for the R'fella Start bindings.
