Can't find where you posted it, but I found something yesterday where you shared a link about mounting point suggestions. I think it was excellent, and would like to post it here somewhere... you remember the post I'm thinking of?

I hope the Dave will post. I have a link to his webpage in my favorites. As a guy from an area whose only Nordic tradition is racing, and that isn’t a big thing. His page was and still is a big source of knowledge for me.

Thanks fisheater, that's the one! He explains chord center and ball of foot mounting points better than I have, when talking about mounting points on the forum.
