WTB - Decent flat/unmounted ski???

Post by Corbeau » Thu Jan 24, 2019 12:18 pm

Hi all - I'm looking to mount up an inexpensive but decent alpine set up to have something else to have fun with here on our eastern pimple hills. Looking for a decent unmounted ski, 180cm+, preferably waist around 80-90'ish mm. I have old rossi bindings I was going to reuse, but i'm open to already mounted alpine skis too...

What are people holding? :D

On the off chance no one responds or won't let go of their precious sticks that have been collecting dust...

This is cheap, and charges hard (stiff), minimal rocker, good construction: https://www.evo.com/outlet/skis/atomic-vantage-85

Thanks Wooderson! Those are tempting...'cept they won't ship to the Great White North unfortunately. I may try to find them locally.

No worries Wooderson...you had no way of knowing I'm north of the 49th! :) Thanks for the tip all the same.

And thanks Smitty! I'll check those out, it may be cheaper at Comor anyway once you factor in exchange rate and shipping.
