My Annums found their new home! This is a great place to earn your turns - deep pow-wow style - in eastern Québec!

Y'all are Welcome!

"Skin track", not too steep, so perfect for scales or a nicely waxed XCD ski!

Wow - that's really nice looking Ben.

Is that you in that video? Nice skiing. Pretty fast too up top - kinda faster than I care to go through trees... don't hit one!

Yeah that's me Mikek. Thought I might as well use it to ask for some teletips on the "Serious XCD question about turns" topic! :)

Sounds like we got up to a meter of white dump with this final winter storm here. I'm out to check it out!

I'm pretty sure your video will be ending up critiqued on another forum in a very short manner... I thought you skied well enough for the conditions - I would have felt good about it, and it looks like you were actually telemarking, and not making parallel turns... so you confirmed my questions - I would have done the same in that snow.

And bottom line is who the fuck cares how you skied it. Did you have fun? Thought so ;)

Is it the Vallée Taconique or something else on mont St-Pierre?

Nice trio, you should always carry your camera :)

It's another: la montagne St-pierre in La Rédemption. Check it out in Google maps. Less than an hour from Rimouski

I wonder how any critique would become personal as even though I have been nordic backcountry skiing for years now, I have been working on my telemarking skills for less than 10 ski days.

Don't worry about what I said... the internet is full of wankers, but you don't need me to remind you of that.

So did your gf go?
