I don't believe voiles split decision bindings every behaved like a telemark binding. In tour mode it was a free pivot design.
The ones I owned looked something like this. But I could be wrong, and often am
Edit nvm watched the video and there was indeed telemark turns. Wow. I believe that would be in free tour mode previously referred to on this forum by Johhny as "full Johhny"?

There's actually a splitboard guide in revelstoke that teaches splitboard skiing courses, but I don't think he does tele lol

I'm also curious about that. My assumption is that they were mounting 3-pin bindings for touring and tele turns, then taking the split board bindings out of the pack for boarding. Similar to how hard boot split boarders are doing it with tech toe bindings.
