East Coast Carving Ski

Post by ergakai » Sun Feb 18, 2024 2:55 pm

I have some new Ripstik 88s skiing with T-2s and Axl bindings. They just don't seem to carve like a full camber ski. It seems like I have to put too much pressure on the front of the leading ski to get them to track well and the faster I go the sloppier they feel. The last skis I had were Karhu Kodiak with Hammerheads and I think I liked those better. They seemed to carve and hold a line without me having to concentrate on it so much. They are 117-80-105. Is there a more modern ski that will edge and carve as well? Just looking for a lift serve ski.
