I would say this biggest difference is doing isolated leg and glute exercises involving bands. Vlad has some excellent exercise videos that focus on balance and strength. I wouldn’t focus on strictly ski exercise videos, I came across his videos and made a big difference on identifying my weaknesses...

I tried it on my Voile Objective BC's. I don't mind waxing, but hot waxing scales is a pain so I thought this would be a time saver.
