My vote is Ingstad. You describe varying conditions where the scales and an Xskin would shine. Its also lighter and turns better than the USGI (I own both). I’m pretty fortunate to have overtime available to me if I wanted it, otherwise I’d be building decks and other handyman kinda stuff. I’ve done a lot of snow shoveling in the past as well- getting paid to workout is sweet.
