Do old Karhu Catamounts have any special talents?
Found a pair of new looking Catamounts at Goodwill. This version has a plain brown topsheet, waxless, 85/70/80, 190cm, with a camber and a half. Probably a foam or very, very light wood core. To me they look like a knave of all trades. But I'll probably use them as fast snowshoes. They have nnn bc b...

EPL on US TV?
AS far as I can tell I can only watch the EPL games that NBC/Peacock choose to offer.
I'm mostly interested in Arsenal.
Do I have other options? What are they?

Re: T2s on 60mm waist skis?
I wouldn't buy T2s just for a narrow ski but I have some NOS Karhu Pinnacles in the barn that I would probably use them with too. Its true. My name is Spiny and I have an acquisition problem. (Cannot pass up a steal of a deal). I'll keep you you in mind for the ASnes. I think I moved a pair of older...

T2s on 60mm waist skis?
Too much boot?
Would be mostly for inbounds skinning and shuffling along ski-doo trails.
Opinions?
Thanks

Re: How Do You Ski Downhill?
Or, of course, you could do the simple thing and make alpine and fake-a-mark turns.

Re: Old Silvretta freeheel binding?
My guess is the bindings are Small. The wings just don't open enough to wiggle any of my 10.5 shoes or boots in.
i picked them up on a lark, cheap.
Now i get to try my nnn bc on the Europa 99s.
Cheers

Re: Old Silvretta freeheel binding?
Yes, the old front throw, cable routed on the side of the ski, and endless laps on the Gunstock rope tow. I felt pretty special when I got leather boots with buckles instead of laces. The problem I am having is that the wings don't seem to widen very much. I thought it was corrosion gummimg up the w...

FS: Scarpa T3s UK size 9 US 10, G3 targas?
Not my sale but I did try on the boots and they are in excellent condition. The guy (John?) said he his willing to ship. The liners say 9 but they are old enough that is a UK 9 so a US 10. I fit the Scarpa 27.5/28 boots well and these fit me. https://nh.craigslist.org/spo/d/warner-telemark-skis-boot...
