Re: filling in negative fishscales

I was thinking the same thing for a pair I have and wondering if a base grind after all the p-Texing would be worth it?
Also, I was thinking to pass a flame over the fish scale, before the p-Tex, to improve adhesion.

Re: The Saw-Sal-Way.

When the story first went up, I tried posting a comment on Blogspot, but it wouldn’t stick. The write-up connected with me in an emotional way — very cool. It really conveyed the epic scope of the undertaking in a visceral way, and I really enjoyed the story and pictures. I think it’s worthy of prin...

Re: Some of you said Gammes don't turn, but...

Right, so that would put me on 200s at my weight and 191 cm height. I chose the 210s for speed, which I like. I can turn them, but challenging. I tried my wife’s 180s once and much easier. I have not had a chance to try the Gamme on spring snow conditions, but will be interested to see how they do f...

It had the stiffness to store up much energy to spring into the next turn. And you need the speed to build th...

Re: Help me choose a first Nordic ski!

@greatgt, no disrespect, but it seems like you are telling @samuel_clemens what you like, without thinking about what he needs. The type of ski you recommend does not seem appropriate for what he wants to do. Just my $0.02.
Arc on, brother.

Is it Great Again Yet

If you're a fan of former President Donald Trump, PLEASE don't watch this -- it will just piss you off, and I dont want to piss anyone off. There are happier ways to spend the next 12 minutes of your life. To the rest of you, this may be amusing. It seems like a humorous summary of the last 4+ years...

Still no votes for the Traverse 78?
If farming corn for turns, no vote from me. The 98 turns way better than the 78.
Good to know. Thanks!
