Nice. Keeping the heel free for real. Now I want to try T2s with 3-pin bindings.

Re: The Alberta XCD thread
I don't think Grande Cache gets or keeps enough snow. The mountains around are mostly 2000-2300 meters (and in Willmore Wilderness, which this bill doesn't apply to). Re: The Alberta XCD thread
Looking at phrases like "The development of all-season resorts will attract billions in private capital investment" and "locally accessible resorts that will drive revenue into rural regions" and "sustainable revitalization of underused spaces across the province" the first thought that came to mind...

TKS/TelemarkShop have a new ski line this season, LS51 "un design 100% télémark." One of the models is 77mm at the waist, in case you are looking for a narrower telemark-specific ski.

Re: We've lost a telemark legend
Whatever Paul Parker's last thoughts were, "I spent too much time skiing" probably was not one of them. Life is short, I hope everyone gets to ski more this upcoming season. From the March-April 2002 issue of Skiing magazine: "Few athletes have had the impact on a sport that Paul Parker has had on f...

Re: Bindings 101: How to mount Telemark bindings (Part II)
Recently, Tom M has made two more great instructional videos about mounting ski bindings. One about re-mounting skis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oira01an9rA And one where he goes through the steps of mounting the 22 Designs Lynx: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZvDV4RZFV0 Highly recommended.
