Thanks all. I'll check their policy. Then off to the hardware store it is!

Leashes and ski brakes for 3-pins
Hi All, I have some Voile 3-pins on some BC125s, paired with Alico Ski March leathers. I hope to head to the local ski hill to practice telemark on the bunny slope. Where do I find ski leashes or brakes for this setup, and how are they attached? I assume this is required at the hill. Thanks, Derrick

Re: Snowshoer Gone Skiing Help
I too love heading out my back door into the wilderness. I starting with snow shoeing but then wanted to experience the ease of travel on flats and down hills. So a few years ago I bought a pair of BC125s and Alico Ski March boots. I like this setup but I have since determined that I actually prefer...

Sorry for your loss, Gareth. Sounds like you have many treasured memories of her.
The extra snow is one thing I miss about my home growing up just outside the north end of Fredericton, McLeod Hill Road area, just off of Royal Road. Fields, trees, hills, and snow!

Re: WTB: Leather 75mm telemark boots.
I first tried T4s on my RC125s for backcountry XCd. WAY too robot like, at least for me. Probably great for true downhill telemarking, but that's not what I do. I may very well end up selling my T4s. Plus, the Alicos are far less expensive.

Got my Alicos from that same ebay store in the UK. Delivered to Canada without issue. Heavy but work great.

Re: BC90/Excursion 88 binding suggestions.
I use Alico Ski March leathers with BC125 and Voile 3-pin cable bindings, although never attached the cables. I love this setup for XCd through rough tight backcountry.

Re: Help Me Choose: Burly Leather Boots vs. Soft Plastic Boots
Because they are so stiff initially I am using mink oil or dubbin until they are broken in more. Then I plan to use the sno-seal.

Re: Help Me Choose: Burly Leather Boots vs. Soft Plastic Boots
I second the Alico boots. I first tried T4s but they were way too stiff for my skiing. I bought the Alicos from GI Joe Army Stores , shipped directly to Canada, without problem. Keep in mind the sizing is UK. I love the Alicos. They are heavy and very stiff, and at least for me, require a slow break...
