Re: Riding the hide

Those split edges are so thin I think one would end up grinding away most of the screw heads in some places if you tried taking them down far enough to expose new p tex. Fortunately or unfortunately that's mostly right at the up sweep to the tip. Might have to remove and re-screw, though the screws ...

Riding the hide

www.alicosport.it/TELEMARK%20BOOT.htm Any ski any of these or bought from this site? Thinking Blaze or Teletour for blueish b/c on light 72mm waisted skis. Don't know why really. Have T4's but leather would pair nicely on below woodies but..... ... the inside edge of these spilt edges protrude abov...

While some folks say it has no effect, I figure height into the guesstimate in addition to weight. Definetely has a relation to the fore/aft stability, amongst other nuances. What's your height?
I'm 5' 8" ... and slowly shrinking..... :?

184 back in stock..hmmmmm.

Re: 177 or 184cm

Yah, no bumps for me, but I like wandering off the groomed looking for soft in the trees and the like.
So I've always figured 177/8 was my length for maneuverability but someone was citing more for/aft stability the longer the ski.
So I was wondering, how much longer does 6 or 7cms ski, anyways?

Re: Boot centre

"A" for awesome. Ha, that's funny.
Yeah 3cm do make diff. Turns out Targas and then 3pin Hrdwr's in same holes were mounted 3.5cm back.
These are old low km Hagen Freeride Tours going to get some O2's to use them on light snow lift days because turny/fun.

Boot centre

T4's size 27 sole length 315mm. Vertical line on boot instep approx 155mm, arrow or "A" at 160mm.
315/2=157~
Which mark is supposed to be boot centre?

Re: New Intuition Liners for a T4

. Somewhere along the way I recall seeing that Telemark skiers 'prefer' a wrap-liner to a tongue-liner. I've seen a picture of a wrap liner but have no idea if or why it would be preferable to a tongue-type liner. I have such a hard time getting my foot into my T2's (stock liner) T4's(Logan) as is ...
