New boots for this season
Hi everybody,
Im looking for a new boot, i have the scarpa T1 (75mm) who's is too narrow inside the boot (100mm width)
So if someone know a boot with same specifications but only more wide. Specifications i wish : 75mm, Medium flex 110, 103mm last width.
In advance for your answers.

103mm and rated as "very stiff", whatever that means.
All I did was Google "Telemark boots" so there may be others out there.

Re: New boots for this season
I have fairly wide feet and a poorly healed stress fracture of my right navicular bone (bone above the arch) which protrudes and is sensitive to pressure so needed more spacious boots. Went with Black Diamond Seekers. 100 rated stiffness. Put a conventional (squishy) alpine boot liner in them. Works great for me. The BD Push is similar but with a 4th buckle and 110 stiffness. They don't make BD tele boots anymore, but you can still find them used.

Hard to find, but the old Garmont Gara has a wide fit and smooth, soft flex.

Yup, I second the Black Diamond Seaker; the orange version, not the blue... Few shops do have them in NOS. Even better, if you can, find a pair of Axis... More Power than a T2, not as much as a T1, with a sweet flex... No rocker, even after many seasons (why is that? I can't say)...

2nd the Black Diamond Push. It is noticeably wider than the Scarpa and has a smoother flex. BOA liner too. One catch is that it is a heavier boot.

Re: New boots for this season
My foot measures 26 x 11 and I wore a 27 T2 eco. It was a performance fit and got uncomfortable after a few hours. My T4s are a more comfortable 27.5. My previous boots without thermo moldable liners were all 28.5. At some point in time Scarpa boots(T2s anyway) got wider. Maybe this will help if you can compare the width of the T1 to T2s or the T4.

Re: New boots for this season
I have the Scott Synergy, feels pretty light weight and wide in the forefoot which is good for my foot. I would say the cuff feels overly stiff when paired with what I call a medium to medium soft flex bellow. I would prefer to have a more stiff bellows or at least a more matched cuff flex to the bellows flex.
I am.used to skiing the BD push at the resort so.maybe I am biased. Also if you have a high arch the shell\liner tends to bite or pinch top of foot, the more you reef down on the first and second buckle the more it bites.
I too may be looking for a boot with a slightly stiffer bellows for the BC that is comparible in weight to the Scott Synergy. Love my BD push's, just too heavy for touring. Good luck in your search!
