I'm selling a pair of T1 boots and freeride alpine skis with Hammerheads. If you're still looking at old school.

You have a great binding setup, it just needs to be tuned. A set of Voile long-travel springs and cutting the TX Pro boot cuff below the 4th buckle (or F3 boots) would give you the downhill feel of a Switchback/T2 combo but with better touring ability.
I agree. I can’t see anything wrong on how the Meidjo skis or tours, it’s very adjustable. I respect being old school and light, and your problem seems to be the boots, not the bindings. So NTN is probably not your best choice. That doesn’t mean that the industry took the wrong way, as suggested by many, it means it just didn’t take yours (apparently predominant in this forum). The reason is probably exactly the same, too much conservatism on a small industry divided in two incompatible norms really doesn’t help.
