I’ve been focused on my legs for a while now, especially after I had a few weak moments when running. I started incorporating lunges, squats, and step-ups into my routine, and wow, the results have been incredible.
I’ve also messed around with leg presses—they’re easy on the joints but still get the job done. Lately, I’ve been using exercise.com to keep my workouts organized. It’s been pretty helpful to stay on track, especially when I’m mixing things up between weights and other stuff.
