NASTAR and CISL Racing Ski Set Up
NASTAR and CISL Racing Ski Set Up
So I'm entering my third official year as an assistant coach of the ski team at the high school in Connecticut where I teach English. I've been exclusively a tele skier for about the past 10 years, and have been running gates with the kids on my current tele set up (Liberty Origin 93/182, Outlaw X, Crispi EVO) and it's time to set up a more race-oriented set up. I got a hold of a pair of FIS GS Skis 65/193 for a song, so I'm likely putting inserts in and then lifts for the Outlaws (that I'll swap on race and training nights from the weekend set up).
Does anyone have any experience with the 22 Design Race/Shift plates? Is there an advantage using them over just inserts like Binding Freedom and diy spacers and longer bolts? The Liberties have Binding Freedom inserts (bought from Woodserson, thanks again).
I saw someone was making a 3d print file for race spacers, too... wondering if any of you on here might be that person.
Thanks everyone.

NASTAR has not been the same since Richard Petty died.
