I looked over another spot last night. I don't know if it's worth it, but it's exclusive access! Me and only me! The other spot is on public land.
There is no need to trim anything at the first spot. It's completely naturally open. Like I say, clearing the deadfall would help it be skiable with less base, but that's about it.
I know exactly where your trails are too Johnny... I'm sure I could find them in an afternoon!
You need to take some tours with me in the Adirondacks. There's a lot there that could be really good with a couple campfires in the summer to clear the dead fall...

This is the other place shaded in grey. Rd access where the blue arrow is... Most of it is pretty overgrown and is pine forest. The hillside is hardwood, but it's not very high or very big.
