I've got to get a backcountry hookah! Talk about traveling in style.

Those trees look like dreamy skiing.

Ha! I saw you had your Annums on and I was wondering how the tips were so high out of the snow... something looked strange to me - that explains it!

You could add a little turnbuckle to make them adjustable rocker

Actualy it is ajustable but you don't quite see it on the picture. There is a nut at both ends so you can easily adjust the camber by bending the ski and play with the nut without any tool to tight the cable.

Very cool- and very interesting...

AND!? What were the results? How did it compare to the laissez-fair Annum?
Cross-country AND down-hill skiing in the backcountry.
Unashamed to be a "cross-country type" and love skiing down-hill.

It is too soon to draw a conclusion but it has some potential.
There is a cool sound (just like the blasters in star wars) coming form the wire when you hit it with the ski pole.
I think that the future version will have a barb wire instead of a steel wire.

You are a wild man! 8-)

You're not hardcore- unless you live hardcore!

Barbed wire sounds like it might be very hard on your boots though.

You might snare the occasional hare while skiing though...
