The shim under the toe is a good suggestion. You can also get a lower heel -- I'd confer with 22D, but I believe the Hammerheel is 30mm and the Vice is 27mm. Axl and Outlaw, on the other hand, go up to 32mm.

The shim idea is interesting.

I could shim and raise front bindings I guess. This could help w both boot and binding issues I think.

Yeah I figured out the pivot point adjustment a while back. I use the forward settings for the most part.
