Neutral vs. Active Bindings
Re: Neutral vs. Active Bindings
I switched from 7tm to AXL and shortly after
to Meidjo 2.1. The first change also included wider skis (Voile V6). It felt very nice but not a dramatic change, it just felt more solid and easier to ski. But then after a season or so i used again my Scottybobs (HeadRush) with 7TMs and i felt totally miserable. it became evident how more muscles and technique is needed. Conditions were pretty bad too, so probably too many changes, but still. If, like me, you are not getting any younger and if stronger feeling with less effort is fine for you, give it a try at least, maybe a full day and try your neutral bindings at the end of that day. Only then you’ll really feel the difference.
