Were up on Little Mountain which has Big mountain skiing with emphasis on Hardwood homage paying....I was on Rebounds and Telekid was on BC 90's....(88-68-78) and the waist might be a 71, not sure....I skied them a couple of times then gave them to Teklekid...One of my all time favorites was a Fischer extreme...(73-55-65)...the skis are kinda similar as to shape one being "bigger" than the other....The extremes could turn on a dime but loved high speed long arcs....they were a late 80"s early (90's racing ski, I think..The 90's are good on the up...stable....but they need room to arc or you have to power them some. The rebounds love to turn are not as good on the up and less sturdy....but they turn on a needle....they also break regularly....the extremes....you could count on them in any condition at a ski area...in powder they were sinkers....BC90 is a good sturdy ski that will do as directed....if you can ski like the King or Telekid....Good stable ski but the Rebounds are way more user friendly but also break easily....All my extremes are broken and delaminated....Have also broken three sets of Rebounds but still have one set that Telewheels gave me....will break them soon....Telekid and Teleking blast the bc90's but the king would rather be on a 189 Rebound but he too has broken several sets of them...All in all a good solid ski the bc90 but Telekid likes the Outtabounds better....On Little Mountain, kinda grabby powder....Telekid had to adjust his skiing to include wider arcs because that was where the ski wanted to be....the Rebounds was head them down and arc here and there...instant turn anywhere anytime....bc 90 can't quite do that...TM

Coool, thanks for the info...

I almost bought a pair a few seasons ago... But back then, I thought they would be just a bit too skinny for me... I thought I wouldn't be able to ski them... But hey, I was so ignorant back then, I didn't know a thing about where the fun really is... 8-)

Also because of the fact that somehow, Rossignol skis are by FAR the most popular skis here in QC. So they are the easiest ones to find used... To be honest, there's no place to buy XCD gear here, even in the city. It's funny, I went to a closing sale last week in the city, the store had a old pair of Karhu Dharmas... Closeout price: 400$!!!

Last night I dreamed I was at a garage sale... With HUNDREDS of cool / weird / unique XC skis...!!

I really, REALLY like the Glittertinds... But I feel they are a bit too short for me at 190cm... I could use 10-15 more. So what would you recommend, try to locate an old pair of Extremes?

Wow took me a half an hour to get the computer to reply....Finding extremes would be hard but if you find them....190-200 would really do the job...They are a downhill ski....just skinny....and they totally rip...have to be in the "classic telemark position...modern tele puts the position down but the masses love it...especially with leather and pins...If you find two of them I'd purchase a set!!!!! Your G's I hear are a great ski...don't know...to expensive....Telekid is currently on 185 e99's and he is totally blasting stuff with them as he does on the bc90's and the boundless...and the outtabounds....Good luck LJ...TM

GoDaddy web hosting is pretty cheap... But I guess we get what we pay for... I know the site is down from time to time... Maybe it's time for me to put some Google Ads banners on the forum so I can afford a better hosting company? Would you guys be mad at me? 8-)

I don't like the look of the BC90s though... I hate all red skis... :D

I'm still looking for the perfect ski... In fact I know exactly what I want, but I doubt that ski ever existed... Hummm... I'll start a new thread about this one...

Raisin Heel has a pair of Extremes for sale... I'm still waiting for his reply about size/price... Who knows, he might have a second pair..! I'll let you know...!
