GLIDE WAX:
I always iron in hard glide wax to the entire base of all of my waxable skis.
I always iron in hard glide wax to the entire base of all of my waxless skis.
GRIP WAX:
I have a big box full of all kinds of esoteric and exoteric grip waxes which I never use.

How have you been climbing with your Asnes Cecilie skis without skins?LoveJohnny wrote:GLIDE WAX:

Have you ever tried grip wax instead of waxless scales for climbing? My experience is that grip-wax outclimbs scales- and it glides a lot better than scales as well!
Cross-country AND down-hill skiing in the backcountry.
Unashamed to be a "cross-country type" and love skiing down-hill.

I never climbed with the Skogs... I've been using them with wax during the last winter... Mostly for backyard fun...!
