Thanks Al, much appreciated feedback. I've been trying to stretch and be more flexible, angulation is something Im struggling with for sure, among other things. I seen a pretty good discussion onnthe subject on Backcountry or something, or maybe it was doublepoleplantRons alpinetips page, ya know i just cant remember.
Edit: Damn. It's just came to me, it was a YouTube page
Need to stop hitting the nordic centers and Bc and go use my Nakiska pass. I actually wish Montanas video was still in the feedback thread, I always thought that was the way I want to ski. 13 year old me had a ski coach that would carry around a photo of Alberto Tomba to show us what that meant. Gonna have to find that image for the nostalgia

I understand your analogy to the unicycle and I guess it's one way to get centered, but there is something missing for a good stance. I think a simple carpet test will explain what I mean. Stand in high and tight stance in your upright position. Now bend at the waist. If your butt doesn't move back, you'll soon fall forward. Now bend at the waist by first moving your butt back towards your rear foot. I think you will find that you are still centered and more stable than in the upright position.
Getting your butt back will give you more control over your rear ski. Your chest will be over your lead ski and your butt over your rear ski, giving you a more stable platform than being upright like a tower.
Your skiing looks good and I think you've got the basics down. Now all you need is to refine your skills. Trying different things, like what I mentioned above, will only add to your skills.
